Women Development and Environment Organisation

A national women’s advocacy organization for Sudan that promotes gender equity, sustainable development, and the integrity of the environment.

Women Development and Environment Organization (WDEO) was established on February 25, 2022, as a youth non-governmental voluntary organization founded in Sudan with a registration certificate on HAC.

WDEO is an open and inclusive organization that welcomes all youths across the world without discrimination to race, ethnicity, color, national origin, citizenship, creed, religion, age, abilities, sexual orientation or income.

Our Vision

To build a pioneering Sudan in the field of sustainable development and social justice, especially for women by empowering them and working on the sustainability of environmental resources.

To promote Women leadership and solutions towards a just and healthy planet for all that promotes and protects human rights, gender equality and the integrity of the environment.

Who Do We Work With?

WDEO works with ministers , Students, youths, affected community and International organizations, Embassies, UN Agencies, Governments and the African Union. Since the adoption of WDEO by sudanese youths womens as National Body in Sudan.
